I spent a decade measuring myself by performance. Then life asked me to slow down.

Slowing down made space for the questions success had never asked: who am I beyond the role, and what truly matters to me?
I studied Management Science and Technology at the Athens University of Economics and Business, then continued my studies at the London School of Economics. My career grew in finance and technology across London, Brussels and Athens, with SWIFT, Mastercard and Cardlink (now Worldline), and later as CEO of a start-up.
Like many of the people I work with today, I was driven and cared deeply about doing things well. Before I turned thirty, I went through burnout and then cancer. It made me pause and look more gently at how I was living.
That pause led me to psychology. I retrained as a CBT psychotherapist, completing an MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, with a particular interest in how we think, feel and respond under pressure.
Today I walk alongside founders, executives and leaders who are doing well on the outside, yet sense that something is ready to shift, helping them lead and live in a way that feels more balanced and more truly their own.
WHAT I BELIEVE
What built your success can quietly become what limits you.
The qualities that made you successful — drive, control, high standards, the ability to carry everything — were once the right strategy. Under pressure, they can quietly become the patterns that limit you.
My work is to help you see those patterns clearly, understand what they protect, and choose deliberately how you want to lead and live. Not a different persona for success: a more conscious, balanced and fulfilled version of who you already are.
